Documentation
Each watch is fully documented when it arrives. Reported problems are noted and the watch is photographed to record its exterior condition and style.
Assessment
Our highly skilled watchmakers dismantle each watch and determine the condition of its movement, internal components, and external components.
Included with every overhaul, we replace parts that commonly experience wear, such as gaskets, seals, and springs. we also will determine if additional parts need to be replaced and provide accurate estimates.
Parts Policy
Our policy is to use only genuine brand-authorized parts and tools, ensuring that your watch retains its value and quality.
Parts are drawn either from our in-house supply of authorized parts or are special-ordered from the brands themselves.
Polishing

Cleaning
Your watch's internal and external components are cleaned separately. Internal parts are cleaned in a special solution to remove oil and residue from the movement. Our Ultrasonic takes off polishing residue, revealing your watch's newly refinished exterior.
Timekeeping
After your watch case has been reassembled, we ensure that the movement is running accurately. We have specialized equipment for testing the function of each watch movement.
Waterproofing
Your watch will be tested using both air pressure and water pressure devices to confirm that all gaskets and seals are in place. This is vital to preserving your watch, as water can cause severe damage to a watch's internal components.
Quality Control
Our knowledgeable staff meticulously examines each watch and confirms that the requested procedures were performed in strict accordance to the manufacturer's guidelines.
For automatic movements, this exacting attention to detail results in additional timekeeping tests for up to 48 hours using specialized testing equipment.
